No. Submitting a request through Fund Otter does not involve a hard credit inquiry. Should you proceed with a lender's offer, that lender may conduct its own check and will inform you beforehand.
Is there any cost to submit?
None. Submitting a request is free of charge. Interest and fees arise only from a lender whose offer you elect to accept, and must be disclosed to you before you sign.
May I request with an imperfect credit history?
Yes. Each lender applies its own criteria, and the network includes lenders who consider a broad range of credit profiles.
How quickly will a lender make contact?
Frequently within 24 hours, depending on your profile and current lender availability.
Am I obliged to accept any offer presented?
You are not. Submitting a request creates no obligation whatsoever. You may review any offer, ask questions, and decline.
