What happens to the information you submit

- We cannot guarantee that we will connect you with a lender, or that any lender will approve your loan request.
- We cannot provide you with rates or terms — those are set by the individual lender, and depend on your profile, your state and the amount requested.
- We cannot guarantee the amount of funds that may be extended to you if a lender approves your loan request.
- Lenders may perform a credit check, or verify your social security number or other information you submitted, through credit bureaus or alternative providers.
- Submitting a request through this Site is not a loan application, and does not obligate you to accept anything.
Not an offer or solicitation
Nothing on this Site is an offer or solicitation to lend. Loan approval, the loan amount, the APR, fees, and the repayment schedule are decided solely by the lender, and the lender must disclose them to you before you sign anything. Your loan agreement, if you accept one, is directly with that lender and not with Fund Otter.

We do not provide our service in the following states: Arkansas, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, Montana, South Dakota, Vermont, West Virginia, Indiana, Minnesota.
